GEECT Spring 2021 Online Conference – Remembrance of Things to Come

GEECT Spring 2021 Online Conference, June 21st & 22nd 2021.

A two day conference exploring the making and the meaning of film school archives.

Please register for the conference online. You will be sent a link that will allow you to complete your registration and pay the conference fee , which is £50 for GEECT and CILECT members.

Please, note that there are FEE WAIVERS available for non-GEECT members. Each Full Member school may receive only one fee waiver for each conference, on a “first come-first serve” basis. Please tick the fee waiver box on the order form to request this (subject to approval by the Executive Director of CILECT).

The fee for non-members is £100.

NAHEMI CANON Eat Our Shorts Film Festival 2021

The NAHEMI CANON Eat Our Shorts Film Festival 2021 will take place this weekend! Below is the line-up of events:

Screening 1-Friday 21st May-6pm-7:15pm

Screening 2-Saturday 22nd May- 11:30am-12:45pm

Screening 3-Saturday 22nd May- 3pm-4:30pm

Look out for Vimeo links to provide you with access to the screenings, half an hour before each screening is due to start.

Straight after screening one and two, we will conduct a 20-minute zoom meeting so you can vote for your favourite films. You can vote for your favourite film of screening three during the online awards ceremony.

We will run the live online awards ceremony and Q & A zoom meeting on Saturday 22nd May 4:30pm-6:00pm.
