NAHEMI Eat Our Shorts Awards 2019

Eat Our Shorts is NAHEMl’s annual festival of student films, a celebration of emerging UK talent. It brings together students and staff from Higher Education courses from across the country working in moving image, to screen their films and discuss current issues of contemporary film production and the future of the creative industries.

This year we were delighted to showcase the 16th Eat Our Shorts at Watersprite Film Festival, Cambridge. We programmed an exciting and dynamic selection of work across 3 screening programmes, and the standard of our UK student films was right up there with the other films in the festival.

The venue, in the main lecture theatre in the Old Divinity School, was indeed divine! Huge thanks to all the organisers of Watersprite who made this such a fun and vibrant event, and to our NAHEMI representatives Jeremy and Sophie for all your hard work in putting the programme together.
